The Golf Trip

Privacy

Last updated 19 October 2026.

The Golf Trip is a small Australian business run from Sydney. This note covers this website and the register-interest form. The app will have its own privacy note before it opens to new groups.

What we collect

When you register interest, we keep what you type in: your name, email address, whether you're an organiser or from a club, and, if you add them, your group or club's name and where you play. We also note the date and the country your request came from. We don't store your IP address.

If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

Only to contact you about The Golf Trip: to let you know when there's room for your group or club, and to reply to you. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to anyone else's mailing list.

Where it's kept

Form entries are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Both may store data on servers outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed. We'll delete interest entries that are more than two years old.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your details

Email [email protected] and we'll show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, tell us and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
